►The hotels were unacceptable. The one in Paris refused to allow me to pay for an additional night when I had an emergency in Paris and asked them if I could pay for an additional night - I had to book a room on my own in a different hotel and move my luggage. Avignon air bnb was unwilling to let me come in late one night and "allowed" me to come in late the next. The place in neice was completely unacceptable - had to lift, taxi could not drive up to it as the street is unaccessable (I had to walk around with my luggage to get there) and did not have a lift on the ground level and all the floors - I had to carry my suitcases up stairs to reach the lift. Very disappointing experience and the hotel situation ruined my vacation

►Everything worked out fine except the airline reservations. Air Canada was the primary booking airline and United was the secondary airline. Upon checking in, Air Canada said they showed no reservations for several flights on the trip. For some reason both air line computer systems could not read each other's reservations which caused delay and stress at the airport. This was later found to be a result of Trip master having changed my flight reservations from Sacramento to Chicago and not canceling the first reservations. This is what Air Canada reported to me.

►Our trip to Paris-Avignon-Nice France was perfect. Since you are able to search different flights, hotels, etc. when setting up the package, you can really adjust your needs and price-range accordingly. One week before our trip I printed all our vouchers and train tickets and everything went off without a hitch. I would certainly recommend Trip Masters to a friend.

►Everything worked perfectly from hotels to trains. This was very well done.
